MB Resort-Unit 2016 Toggle favorite

We enjoyed the beach chairs on this very hot weekend and the pool. Ate at the onsite beach restaurant Quarterdeck twice, highly recommend.

Great little condo with a great view. Everything you need for a vacation by the ocean. Very well equipped. Friendly staff at the resort and it is well maintained. Waiting for the elevator gets tiring but not unbearable. Lots of great places within a few minutes from the resort. Beach was being worked on while there but made the most of it. Interesting watching them work on it.
Would recommend.

The condo we stayed in was immaculate and had everything you could need for a great vacation stay. The beach closet was so nice, seeing as how I didn't have to pack my vehicle up with more stuff. The welcome packet was very useful with suggestions on where to eat and activities to do. The location was perfect with the beach just a few steps away. The pool was lovely and that was my children's favorite part. The on-site restaurants were convenient with great food and drinks. Next Myrtle Beach stay will be spent in this condo 🙂

The condo was very clean on arrival. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. We absolutely loved the view!!! Watched the fireworks from the balcony! Everything was in perfect working order. We loved having a beach cart, chairs, and umbrella that we did not have to pack along. Lots of things to do within a short drive. Only 2 complaints which were not at any fault of the condo owner. It was quite an ordeal getting a cart and elevator when everyone is checking in around the same time. Elevator situation wasn't too bad after the first day. Also the beach chair and umbrella rentals that are so close together on the beach that completely blocks the view of the water. I usually put the umbrellas down when I saw no one sitting in the chairs...really annoying. Overall a wonderful vacation.

Our family enjoyed our stay very much! Very clean lots of amenities and the pools were great! Only complaint was there was only 2 elevators for the whole building and there’s 22 floors. Just avoid check in and checkout times and it was fine.

The view was unbelievable! We will be back!!

Resort is a great place for kids. Kiddie splash park and playground were perfect. Room was fine, more issues with building maintenance than anything else. Elevators were under repair and the laundry room closed for repair as well. We still had a lot of fun and will be back in the future.

The cleanliness and recent updates made the condo perfect for our stay. The building was busy but quiet for a restful stay. Perfect for families and anyone wanting to soak in the ocean view.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo and will be coming back in the future. The condo we stayed in was perfect for our family and just what we were looking for. The area was nice and relaxing with fun activities just a few minutes away. The resort was nice and clean. They did have renovations of some of the pools while we were there but it didn't interfere with our activities. We will recommend this resort and definitely the condo we stayed in to our friends and family.

This condo has a great location right on the beach. The building was very nice, even had a cute little snack shop. There was also a restaurant/bar and great patio located on the beach that was an amazing place to chill out and grab a drink. Beach access was very easy. The outdoor pool was clean and had lots of chairs.

The unit was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The balcony was large and had a top-notch view of the ocean. We sat out there a lot. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and had plenty of space. It was really nice that the unit had two bathrooms. The owner provided lots of beach gear and it was all in good condition. Phil was very communicative and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this unit.

We had a wonderful stay in a newly renovated 2 bedroom condo with an amazing view!! We had a small issue and the owner responded right away with a solution! All the amenities needed were there for an enjoyable stay right on the beach. You need a car since it is a bit of a drive to things. The bathrooms were clean but need some updating. The building is older but filled with good amenities.

There were 5 of us and we were very comfortable. Mr. Cox was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The condo was well maintained and in a desirable location. We had a great time.

Very clean condo, plenty of room for all of us. Great view from that high up. The only thing I wasn't expecting was barely being able to hear the elevators from the bedroom but honestly they put me to sleep each night so no big deal. We'll definitely go back to this place.

We stayed here the week of Labor Day 2017 and it was a decent condo for the price, good view, served its purpose. Room was clean upon entering, owner had provided the necessities as well as beach chairs, and a beach cart, which was very handy. The grounds of Myrtle Beach Resort were well kept and there is a security gate/guard at the entrance. Location is good for Murrells Inlet restaurants, its a bit of a drive to Broadway at the Beach or Barefoot Landing. The Master bedroom was well set up, nice furnishings, mattress was a little hard. The second bedroom had twin beds that were actually more comfortable than the queen in the master. Overall it was a nice stay, if I want to be nit-picky I would say that the sofa was a little smelly, partly because its a cloth sofa being used by multiple people of all hygiene levels. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, the laundromat is on the first floor. Its an end unit directly next to the elevator shafts, so if you're a light sleeper keep that in mind. It wasn't terrible and it's really not that bothersome, I actually enjoyed being next to the elevators for convenience purposes. Its a little bit of a maze to get down to the beach, zigzagging around the pool and deck bar... Like I said though, it was an enjoyable week and it was a good place to stay.

The overall experience was excellent, however, the beach has some kind of construction going on where they are digging up the center of the beach, laying pipe, and pumping in sand. I understand that this is needed but it would have been nice to be notified that this would be an issue when booking. Other than that, the stay was great and the accommodations were excellent. The view was worth the price of admission. if not for the beach construction, I would have rated this 5 stars. Not Phil's fault but it would have been nice knowing about it before booking.

Just spent a wonderful week in this unit with my family. Clean, neat, up to date! We loved having our meals at the table overlooking the beach. Beach gear provided was awesome, making trips to and from the beach so much easier than in previous years. Be prepared to be patient on arrival and departure days if visiting during peak season as there is a line for the luggage carts and the elevators (no fault of the owner!). Owner was quick to answer any questions I had. Definitely would like to stay again.

The view was great. It was nice to be in a gated community and it was not so touristy.

The condo was great! Very clean, good size, and great views. You really do get a great place for the price.. The unit was very well-equipped including beach equipment. The section of the beach is very clean and is in a great family friendly area. It was a great spot to spend the week! I will definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Better than described! The quarterdeck restaurant was awesome,the condo was beautiful and clean,the security and staff were all amazing and helpful/courteous too! Beds are comfy too!

The unit we stayed in has been recently renovated and is very nice and comfortable. Being on the south side of the building gives you sun from late morning until sunset and the views are wonderful. The unit is right next to the elevator so it takes a bit of getting used to the rumble at night.

The rest of the resort is in need of some serious attention though. The highlight is the Quarterdeck beach bar, which serves great pub food at reasonable prices. However, the gym in our building is in seriously poor repair - the elliptical machine was broken for our entire month stay, the power would often go out if two people tried using the treadmills at the same time, and I'm sure that one of the treadmills came off the Mayflower.

Of the five pools at the resort, two are outside and not suitable for use in November, and one is housed in a building that that looks like it hasn't been maintained in quite some time.

We had a great time. The property was excellent and had everything we needed, and more. We will definitely be staying, again. The owner was awesome and went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Our condo was very nice! Nicely decorated, fully equipt kitchen, clean, comfortable beds with nice linens, and located perfectly for our family! The condo has grocery just near the resort and a very reasonable drive to tourist attractions. Fireworks could be seen nightly from the patio which was a hit with the kiddos! Overall our stay was perfect and the condo was everything we needed it to be!

Great place to stay! Lots to see and do in surrounding area, found it a good central location, if you like to get out and see more things, a car is best. Building and condo were very nice, lots of room, very comfortable for the 4 of us, nice that it has two washrooms. Condo well equipped, even beach chairs cooler, umbrella and cart. Can walk the beach for hours both ways, a few restaurants along the way at a nearby pier. Got some good tips on where to visit from the owner. Would certainly stay there again, we had an awesome time, wished we could stay longer!

This is a beautiful, well-maintained, immaculately clean condo. The view is absolutely GORGEOUS! The pool was great. The Quarterdeck Restaurant was great and extremely convenient. Overall this is just a fabulous location. Can't wait to come back!
