"Loved Every Second"

We loved the condo. It was a great place to visit and everything that we could have wanted or needed was provided. The view was awesome. I must say that we had reservations in September but Hurricane Florence blew into town and we were forced to postpone a couple times. The owner was so gracious to us and we will definitely rent the condo again.

First of all, the view is breathtaking. Condo was clean and as advertised. Owner does a great job of having everything you need for the week and communicating where everything is. Would definately recommend.

"Very pleasant"

The property is well situated a few steps from the beach and offers a beautiful view of sunrise in the morning and moonlight at night during full moon cycles.

The placed is thoughtfully and more than adequately furnished with "elite" equipment and utensils. Supplies are conveniently provided.The owner posts reminders here and there for guests to help keep the place beautiful.

During our stay we called Philip because of a minor problem and it was addressed within an hour.

I highly recommend this place.

This condo is so very clean and quaint!!!! The attention to detail was amazing. We loved the view overlooking the ocean and surrounding area!!! We definitely will stay here again!!!!!

Great, I didn’t like being between two RV parks, but it was not much of a bother. Staff was very kind. Bar right on the beach was perfect.

"Awesome Vacation"

Beautiful resort and the condo was perfect for our family ...so comfortable and decor had a beachy feel so whether you were on the actual beach or inside your room you never left the beach. The view was breathtaking ... could see ocean and beach for miles. Kids first time at the ocean and this resort offered it all ... beach pools lazy river an arcade pool tables ... live entertainment and fireworks beahside everynight. This owner also had a beach closet with beach chairs umbrella boogie board sand bucket and beach toys and a wagon to haul it to the beach. Highly recommend the resort and this unit. We didnt want to leave and we hope to come back.

"Great view, very clean nice amenities"

Loved the beach supplies and the view. Very clean unit. Kitchen was stocked well. Only gripe was there wasn't linens for the pull-out couch so we took a few things from all 3 beds to make due.

I have nothing but good things to say about the condo. It was a perfect location and made it very easy to have a family vacation with our two and four year old kids. The property was fully stocked and moving in and out was seamless. We did not have a single problem along the way; which is highly unusual for this kind of rental. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for convenient family fun.

Very, very pleased! Philip always communicated well and quickly answered email questions. Condo was clean, up to date furniture, mattresses on beds very comfortable. Views from balacony were amazing,. Items in beach closet were very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

"Clean condo with great ocean view."

My family and I had a great week staying here. The condo is exactly as described. It is clean, well stocked with everything you would need for a stay at the beach. Nice view from the balcony. There's a grocery store across the street and is close to many restaurants. Only a few miles to the boardwalk. It is on the 20th floor. During peak times the elevators can get busy and wait times may be a bit long. Highly recommend.

"Good"

condo is on the 20th floor of a large condo tower. You have 20 mins to unload in the front of the tower and then need to move your car to another area to park with a short walk. Only 3 elavators and it can be hard and a lengthy process to get to your condo at times as people are checking in and out. The towers is in need of so updates and smells musty in the common area. The condo 2017 is a very decarated nice with a great view. The master bedroom needs a larger bed as it may have been a queen but felt like a full, the master bath felt like any other hotel bathroom and worked but could be updated. The kitchen was nice but this condo has a lot of old that new paint was put on to appear new including kitchen cabinets. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and worked well for our 2 girls. The 2nd bathroom is very small you walk in hug the bathtub and shut the door not much room . The carpet in the condo needs replaced soon and would be nice to have other flooring options. Pros location- location with a great view all in all we were happy with our stay but would have liked to know the things listed above b-4 we would book . Owner was great and responded fast when we texted looking forward to our deposit return.

"Clean and comfortable with beautiful views"

This condo looks just like the photos. Beds are comfy. Living area didn't seem crowded. Netflix easy to access. Balcony views were nice. It was windy while we were there so we didn't get in the ocean or pools much. But the pools were very clean and the grounds were very pretty and well maintained. Resort employees were friendly and we felt like security was a priority. We were just a few miles from downtown Myrtle Beach.
The Quarterdeck bar was lots of fun. The bartenders were good and they had kareoke every night from 7-11. The food there was good too. It was nice to just walk back to your room and not have to get out.
We ate breakfast at the pier in Myrtle and it was fantastic. We had never been to this resort before and would stay here again.

"Great condo, everything just as pictured."

Great condo with a beautiful view. Only downfall were some pools were not open yet and tower store and deli were being renovated and so they were not open. Would stay here again if we returned.

"Comfy condo with a fantastic view!"

The condo was clean and comfortable. Centrally located for day trips all along the Grand Strand, the condo served our needs perfectly. The property is secure and only a few steps from the ocean. The open parking lot is a short walk through a small pond stocked with turtles, ducks and swans. The property grounds are well-maintained. The condo is just right for an oceanfront getaway.

"Great View & Comforable"

A bit breezy in the spring, A great place to vacation, Condo was a great value, clean, and comfortable. I was not that impressed with the resort itself. But we all enjoyed ourselves. Drunken Jacks was the best in seafood dinning the rest just expensive dinning.

"Great condo. Great views. Very clean."

This was perfect for our family of four. It was cold so we were happy to have a nice place to do a puzzle and play cards. Great kitchen for cooking! Views were unbelievable and Philip was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I lost a story written on a piece of paper when we first arrived, and searched high and low for it. I was so pleasantly surprised by how clean all the nooks and crannies were. The resort was quiet and that suited us well this trip. A great experience overall.

"Nicely done/well maintained condo/ building was meh......"

I await the return of my refundable deposit while feeling my three month stay was a good choice. The owner was very responsive to anything that needed his attention. I found similar accommodations which I visited in the same building that were much less pricey and also clean and updated and might consider them for next year. This condo was very nice and in a good location. I would recommend it for those wanting to be near the beach with lots to do.

"Beautiful Condo"

If you are looking for a place to rent on the beach then look no further. The views were amazing. Not only do you get the view of the ocean but also the beautiful view of the lights at night looking towards North Myrtle Beach. The condo was extremely clean, adorably decorated, comfortable and had everything you would need for a weekend stay or weeks stay. The queen bed was very comfortable. The resort was very nice. We enjoyed having dinner and drinks at the deck bar one evening and then taking a stroll on the beach afterwards. And my husband and I always made sure we picked up a loaf of bread to feed the ducks every morning and evening. Phil, the owner was fabulous to work with. Professional and super nice guy. Needless to say our vacation was awesome.

"Renaissance Tower Unit 2017"

We enjoyed the unit, although the hall bathroom was very small, difficult to use the mirror due to lighting.
Overall we were very comfortable and all the amenities listed were in the unit.
Loved having the beach chairs and umbrella available for use.

The VIEW is Beautiful, love, love, loved it!

"Beautifully decorated ocean front and ocean view room"

Have been to The Myrtle Beach Resort several times, as all the amenities offered there are top-notch and cater to all ages. This was the best condo we have had so far ! The kitchen was more than fully equipped with everything you would have in your own kitchen at home. We felt right at home when we opened the door and the rooms were just like the pictures. We received a phone call from the owner on arrival and had access to use all the beach supplies in the closet. Loved the Tommy Bahama chairs.......we plan on looking for the same ones for ourselves 🙂 The view was better from our room than all other numbers, as the ones ending in the #17 are jutted out so you have not only a gorgeous ocean view but a partial ocean front one as well. Loved the sunrises and particularly enjoyed the full moon for two evenings. We are in the market for a new mattress and box springs and loved the Sealy Posterpedic pillowtop.....we slept like babies ! You can't go wrong renting this condo..........we will plan a return trip and hope it is available again. Thanks, Philip, for sharing your home away from home with us.

"The condo was great! Very neat and clean, decorated very nicely."

This was our first time using VRBO and didn't really know what to expect. We could not have been happier with our choice. The owner was great to work with. I asked a lot of questions with this being the first time renting and he was very quick to answer all my questions. Everything was just as he said, condo look and condition was true to pictures, even better in person. Access to room was easy and very minimal things to do upon leaving. The resort was very clean and well kept. We used it all - pools, hot tubs, basketball court, playground, lazy river, gym, etc. Everything was neat and clean. Loved the security on the property. We did not experience any issues or long waits for the elevators. We will definitely rent from this owner again!

Overall nice apartment, located near elevator shaft which runs frequently. Dishwasher was difficult to work.

"You Won't Be Disappointed!"

When I booked this condo, I had no experience with the different areas of Myrtle Beach. I really lucked out! The resort that the condo is located in is very well maintained, beautiful and family friendly. It is within minutes of Market Commons and only a short drive to Broadway on the Beach and Murrells Inlet. It was centrally located and in a very safe area. The condo itself certainly did not disappoint either. The photos did not misrepresent the property in any way, it is clean, modern, well stocked and immaculately kept. The beds were very comfortable too! The decor is welcoming and has a very beachy feel. There are two patio doors leading out to the balcony which affords a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding area. The resort had multiple pools, a lazy river, an onsite bar/restaurant and a snack bar by the pool. The whole process with VRBO and the owner was hassle free and the owner always replied very quickly to the few questions I had. I would not hesitate to book this property in the future!

"Great Family Vacation Area"

We recently stayed at this condo for a family vacation and we were so impressed by the condo as well as the amenities that came with the condo. It was great to be so close to the ocean we could just walk there as well the access to multiple different pool areas.
We have two children an eleven year old and a one year old so finding some place that was fun for both of them was something we struggled with. I can tell you that they both had a great time and asked to go back already.
The condo was clean and very welcoming. If you are looking for some place to stay that is really just the best of everything I would highly recommend this condo.

"ALL AROUND SPECTACULAR CONDO"

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this condo. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. It was truly a pleasure to enter this property to find it so clean and welcoming, it was even better than the pictures advertised!The decor was in theme with the beach and the surrounding area. The bedrooms were roomy and gave you that ocean feel. The beds would let you melt right in and enjoy a good nights sleep. Having our two daughters with us, it was a god send that each bedroom had its own bath, sink and toilet. There was entertainment in all rooms in the form of flat screen televisions(kids loved the Netflix).The living room and dining area were very nicely decorated ,with very comfy furniture, enabling you to entertain when needed. The kitchen was set up nicely and had everything you needed to prepare meals if you chose to do so.There were 2.accesses to the balcony ,in the form of sliding glass doors, which enabled ample amounts of light to enter the condo. The view was awesome ! allowing you to see for miles unobstructed down the beautiful beach. Being able to enjoy the gorgeous sunrises was a special treat for us each and every morning.If you are not a beach person , there was a multitude of pools and hot tubs located around the grounds outside the condo.If you have children ,the lazy river and splash pond were a short walk down the drive. We were able to easily visit wonderful nearby attractions & restaurants to be enjoyed by all age groups. This was our first time renting a condo ,and dealing with the owner was a very pleasant experience. It was obvious that the owner takes pride in providing a clean fresh and happy environment for the renters,and this just added to the enjoyment of our stay. We would highly recommend the renting of this lovely condo, It was truly a pleasure staying here,and we are looking forward to future visits.

"Great Condo"

This condo was just as advertised -very clean with a spectacular unobstructed view of the beach. The view from the balcony allows you to see miles up the beach.... The condo was bright and nicely decorated - very beachy. All the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The amenities at this resort are great -several pools-indoor and out- a lazy river and basketball and tennis courts. It seemed to be very well maintained with a security gate for parking. The sandy beach was nice for walking on and there are some shells to be found. Some very good restaurants and a grocery store were close by and Murrell's Inlet is only five or six miles up the road with fantastic seafood and a nice boardwalk. Myrtle Beach downtown is not far by car as well and has a very long boardwalk and piers. The owners were easy to deal with and we had absolutely no issues with anything!
