This 2 Bdrm, 2 Full Bath, Ocean View Condo is located in the A Bldg at Myrtle Beach Resort. The Condo can sleep 4. Kitchen is FULLY equipped. The Master has a King Bed, 2 Twin beds in 2nd bdrm. Pull out sofa in the den. Flat Screen TVs in both bdrms and the living room. Amazing views on our huge balcony. Northern facing, with gorgeous Sun and Moon rises and forested oceanfront views. During the Summer high season, nightly fireworks show all down the beach from tourists. FUN!! We provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, Igloo cooler and sand bucket/toys. This is the sister condo to our units in the Renaissance Tower, Unit 1917, Unit 2016 and Unit 2017
***We only do 6/7 day rentals, Sat to Fri/Sat from the 1st Sat in June thru the 3rd Sat in Aug. Thank you for your understanding.***
***MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO RENT IS 25 YEARS OLD. THIS IS FOR THE ENTIRE MYRTLE BEACH RESORT. SECURITY GATE WILL DENY ACCESS/ENTRY FOR ANYONE NOT ACCOMPANIED WITH SOMEONE 25 OR OLDER.***
***The entire Myrtle Beach Resort has a NO PET policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests traveling with pets.***

We will only rent out March monthly if your rent Jan & Feb as well. We do not rent out April on a monthly basis, only weekly.

Cancellation Policy
All bookings canceled before 60 days for arrival date will receive 100% of their monies refunded. Cancellations up to 30 days of arrival will receive 50% of monies. Inside of 30 days of arrival, 100% of monies will be forfeited. ***NOW*** We will attempt to re-book your cancelled reservation and, if we are successful, we shall refund what monies that had to forfeit for cancelling back to you. We have no desire to "double dip." We run an honest and fair business and will always try to do what is best for our guests.
Deposit Policy
Deposits will vary. Sometimes, we will ask for 50% upfront, while other times we only need 33%. We are flexible. Please contact us if you need a different payment plan that what is offered.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.

We just stayed here for a week and it was the perfect size for our family. It was close to the beach, gorgeous views and the condo had everything we could need and more! We will definitely consider staying here again next year!

Our overall experience was great! Clean grounds and pools were well maintenanced. Beach accesses are perfect and parking is abundant. Only problem we encountered was elevators being out of service...olny 1 working most of the week made for long waits or trips up/down 5 flights of stairs. But we enjoyed our stay and loved the condo we picked for our vacation this summer! Thanks~the Garys

A great location on long stretch of beach for those that like to walk. Kitchen nicely supplied, Grocery delivery available and food onsite. Condo in lovely condition and bedding top notch! Would stay again.
